Availability and pricing

The rental goes from Saturday at 16.00 to next Saturday at 10.00. 

Price w/o Appt. is without the apartment. Capacity
is for max. 8 persons.
Price "with Appt." includes the apartment.
Capacity is 10-12 persons.

Mandatory cleaning is €150.
It is possible to rent bed sheets and towels for € 15 per person.

The prices includes, electricity and heating in summer period and local tourist tax. From 1. October to 15. May electricity and heating will be charged by week.

25% of the price is to be paid within 4 days after booking. The outstanding amount and Security deposit is to be paid 6 weeks in advance of the rental. 

Security deposits is € 800.
